Prices are in US dollars and include no hidden fees. Shipping is free; any import duty outside the US is yours.

Orders. We can decline an order and refund you, which we only do for obvious fraud or an address we cannot ship to. If we price something wrong, we will tell you before charging you.

The product. Little Otter is a contoured children's pillow. It supports orthodontic treatment and does not replace it. It is not a medical device, it does not treat, cure or prevent anything, and nothing on this site is medical advice. It changes nothing about the treatment you are on.

Not for children under three. This is not a caution, it is a limit. Do not use it with an infant.

The guarantee is the Floor Test: ninety nights, full refund, keep the pillow. It is in addition to your statutory rights and does not replace them. The full terms are on our refund policy page.

Intellectual property. The words, images and the otter are ours.

Liability. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Beyond that, our liability is limited to what you paid.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, United States.
