Refund policy
Sleep on it for 90 nights. If it ends up on the floor like everything else has, tell us and we refund you in full. Keep the pillow.
That is the whole policy. The rest of this page is just us answering the questions people ask next, because a guarantee this short usually means there is a catch somewhere, and there is not one.
Do I have to send it back? No. There is nothing to post, nothing to package and no return label to print. Keep it, or pass it to a family who needs it.
Do I have to prove it did not work? No. No photographs, no sleep log, no form. We are not going to ask a parent to document a failure in order to be refunded for it.
How long have I got? Ninety nights from the day it arrives, not from the day you ordered.
What if the child is just slow to take to it? That is the usual reason people write. Most children are sleeping on it inside the first week, and some take three. If you want to wait and see, the ninety nights are there to be used. If you want the money back on night four, that is fine too.
Why is it framed on use and not on results? Because a pillow that stays on the bed is the thing we can actually promise, and because promising an outcome we cannot measure is what the rest of this category does. We would rather make a smaller promise and keep it.
How do I claim? One email to trylittleotter@gmail.com with your order number. No form.
Refunds go back to the original payment method and take five to ten business days to appear, which is your bank's timing, not ours.
Anything you will not refund? The e-book, because it is free. That is the only thing on this page that is not covered.
