Does this replace what my orthodontist is doing?
Does this replace what my orthodontist is doing?
No. It supports the plan you are already on and replaces no part of it. This works on head position, for the eight hours nobody is in the room.
What if they will not sleep on it?
What if they will not sleep on it?
Tell us any time inside 90 nights and we refund you. You keep the pillow. That is the Floor Test.
What age is it for?
What age is it for?
Three and up. It works on position, and position has no cutoff.
Which size, if they are between sizes?
Which size, if they are between sizes?
Age 3–6 is 30 × 50 cm and fits a cot bed or toddler single. Age 7–14 is 40 × 60 cm and fits a full-size single and up.
Go by shoulder width, not the birthday. If the shoulders are wider than the pillow is deep, take the larger one. A six year old on a full-size single bed is usually a 7–14.
Does it fit a standard pillowcase?
Does it fit a standard pillowcase?
Both sizes take a standard pillowcase, and the Cotton Cover is cut to the pillow. The cover comes off in about four seconds and goes straight in the machine.
What does shipping cost, and when does it arrive?
What does shipping cost, and when does it arrive?
Nothing. Free US shipping on every order — no minimum, no threshold, nothing to unlock. Shipping shows on your order as a $12.95 line struck through, because we would rather you saw what it would have cost than not see it at all.
Orders leave within one business day. Delivery is typically five to nine days after that. Your order page shows a date calculated from the day you ordered, not copied from a banner.
Where do you ship?
Where do you ship?
The United States, to street addresses and PO boxes. [[INTERNATIONAL: yes/no — Isaac]]
What if the parcel is late or arrives damaged?
What if the parcel is late or arrives damaged?
You get a tracking link by email when the parcel moves. If it stops moving for more than five days, write to us and we will chase it, or send another pillow. You do not need to prove anything for that.
If it arrives damaged, tell us within 30 days and we replace it. Keep the damaged one or bin it, whichever is less trouble. We do not ask for it back.
What does Shipping Protection add, for $5.95?
What does Shipping Protection add, for $5.95?
Optional, never ticked for you. Everything above stays true whether you add it or not: free delivery, and a free replacement for a parcel that goes missing or arrives damaged on the way to you. Protection covers the two things that does not:
- A parcel the carrier marked delivered that never turned up. Taken from a doorstep, left at the wrong house. Without protection this one is genuinely hard for us — the carrier’s record says you have it. With it, we take your word and send another.
- No chase. Normally we spend up to five days chasing the carrier before replacing. With protection the replacement goes out the day you tell us.
It is not insurance and we do not call it that — there is no underwriter and no claim to file. It is our promise, and the only thing you ever have to do is email us.
How does the 90-night Floor Test actually work?
How does the 90-night Floor Test actually work?
Sleep on it for 90 nights. If it ends up on the floor like everything else has, tell us and we refund you in full. Keep the pillow.
There is nothing to post, nothing to package and no return label to print. No photographs, no sleep log, no form. We are not going to ask a parent to document a failure in order to be refunded for it.
Ninety nights run from the day it arrives, not from the day you ordered. One email to trylittleotter@gmail.com with your order number. Refunds go back to the original payment method and take five to ten business days to appear, which is your bank’s timing, not ours.
The e-book is the only thing not covered, because it is free.
What if the child is just slow to take to it?
What if the child is just slow to take to it?
That is the usual reason people write. Most children are sleeping on it inside the first week, and some take three. If you want to wait and see, the ninety nights are there to be used. If you want the money back on night four, that is fine too.
Why is the guarantee about use and not results?
Why is the guarantee about use and not results?
Because a pillow that stays on the bed is the thing we can actually promise, and because promising an outcome we cannot measure is what the rest of this category does. We would rather make a smaller promise and keep it.
